Games are played on Wednesday nights at Silver Jubilee Park, Spring Mountain and consist of 2 x 20-minute halves. Match times are 7pm & 7.45pm.
A maximum of 16 teams will be accepted into the competition.
Team Nominations and Fees:
- Team Nominations close Friday 13th February 2026.
- Late Nominations will only be accepted at discretion of Competition Coordinator.
- Player Individual Registration fee of $90 payable at the time of registration.
- Player Annual Membership Fee – $60 ($30 QTF Membership & $30 TFA Membership) due 1st July each year.
Player Registration:
- All players must be registered via MySideline into their team prior to taking the field.
- Team Manager to provide registration link to players.
- A minimum of 10 players MUST be registered per team by Round 1.
- Unregistered players are not permitted to take part in any scheduled games.
- Any team that plays an unregistered player will be disqualified.
Fill in Players:
- Any fill in players are required to pay $10 per game.
- After 3 games the fill in player must register into a team and pay fees to play.
Uniforms:
- Uniforms are to be organised by the Team Manager.
- Each player taking the field must wear a uniform representing their Team.
- Uniform costs are additional to registration fees.
- Playing shirts must include a number. No duplicate numbers in any one team.
- Shirts that have numbers taped on or drawn on will not be accepted.
- All teams must be in full uniform by Round 3.
Team Structure:
- Minimum of 10 players registered per team.
- Minimum of 3 female players MUST be on the field at any
- Maximum of 14 players per game.
- Maximum of 20 players registered per team.
Game Sign on Sheets/Score Cards & Game Results:
- Players MUST be registered.
- All players must sign the Sign-On Sheet & include their playing number.
- If a player’s signature &/or playing number is not on the Sign-On Sheet at the end of the game, it will be deemed they have not played in the game & no appeal will be allowed.
- Fraudulent entries will be deemed as a forfeited loss with no accrual of game for finals.
- At the conclusion of game, the Team Delegate/Captain from each team must sign the Referee Score Card to acknowledge it is correct.
- Protesting a Score Card must be lodged within 20 min of the game concluding.
Late Starts & Forfeits:
- Teams not ready to take the field at the designated start time (provided 1 team is present & ready) will be penalised with the following:
– 1 try awarded every 2 minutes until the team has at least 4 players
– After 10 minutes the game will be deemed a forfeit
- Teams giving more than 12 hours’ notice for a forfeit will receive 0 points.
- Teams giving less than 12 hours’ notice for a forfeit will have 4 points deducted.

Finals Eligibility:
- Play must play a minimum of 5 games.
- Players must ‘Sign-On’ in accordance with Registrations Regulations to have a competition round game recorded and added to their game tally.
Finals:
At the conclusion of round games, all divisions will have a final series based on:
- Highest points. If equal – For & Against ruling applies.
- All players must qualify as per guidelines to play finals.
- Drop Off’s will be played for any finals matches where required.
Referring Obligations:
At any time during the season teams may be required to supply a suitably qualified minimum Level 1 referee if there is a shortage of referees.
Referees are paid $40 per solo game and $20 per dual game.

Competition Conditions:
- This is a community competition and Greater Springfield Touch Association has a “Zero Tolerance Policy” to verbal abuse of officials or other players with suspensions of up to 12 months. Physical acts of abuse can incur life
- All teams must be available to play any time slot allocated, i.e., 6:30pm, 7:20pm or 8:10pm.
- If a player wishes to change teams during the season, they must lodge their request with the competition coordinator, Peter Marsh.
- Players are required to remove all jewelry before taking the
- Fingernails must be cut back to an acceptable length.
- The season will run over 15 weeks inclusive of semi- finals and finals in each
- Greater Springfield Touch Association retains the right to amend rules and conditions at their discretion.
