Welcome to the Springfield Stingers Touch Football.
Nestled in the SEQ western growth corridor, Springfield Stingers is a Community and family focused Association, founded by a group of passionate players and sports enthusiasts.
We have grown from a small gathering of friends into a thriving hub for touch football lovers of all ages and skill levels. We pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the fast-paced, non-contact sport of touch football. Whether you’re a seasoned player looking to refine your skills, or a newcomer eager to learn the basics, our club offers a place for you.
With a variety of teams, training sessions, and social events, there’s always an opportunity to get involved. Our dedicated coaches and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that every player has a positive experience, both on and off the field. DEVELOPMENT
We’re excited to introduce you to our representative Touch Football program, Stingers! Our program includes both boys and girls teams for U10, U12, U14, U16, and U18 divisions. If your child is interested in joining our representative teams, they will need to participate in our weekly module. From there, trial dates will be announced and teams will be selected.
At Stingers, we welcome and encourage all players to trial, regardless of their current skill level. Our focus is on participation and development, providing children with a fun and enjoyable environment to improve their skills and make new friends along the way.
The pinnacle event of our program is the Junior State Cup, which is held every July. To qualify, there are several mandatory local carnivals leading up to this event.

SENIOR REPRESENTATIVE
We are excited to introduce you to Stingers, our representative Touch Football program that is open to players of all ages and skill levels! We select players for men’s, women’s, and mixed teams from U20 to 60+ years of age. If you or someone you know is interested in joining our representative teams, they will need to participate in our weekly competition.
We are proud to compete in the Senior State Cup, which takes place on the beautiful Gold Coast every November. This is an incredible opportunity for our players to showcase their skills and compete against some of the best touch football players in the state.
